This page explains how the Newfield website handles waitlist information and contact messages.
What we collect
When you join, we save your email address, signup time and consent version. We also store a random identifier used to let you unsubscribe securely. We do not ask for machine files, payment details or an account password.
How we use it
Your email is used for Newfield availability and launch updates. Joining the waitlist does not create a product account or guarantee access on a particular date.
Where it is stored
Signups are stored in private Vercel storage and are not exposed in a public directory. Vercel also hosts this website and may process technical request information to operate and secure the service. Our signup endpoint temporarily uses request information to limit repeated submissions.
Your choices
Keep the “Manage your signup” link from your original signup to remove that record. Keep it private; a later duplicate signup does not replace the original link. Any launch update we send will include an unsubscribe option. A valid unsubscribe request deletes the corresponding waitlist record.
Contact messages
When you contact us, your name (if provided), email address and message are sent through FormSubmit to our Gmail inbox. We use them to respond to your enquiry. Sending a message does not subscribe you to launch updates. Please do not include confidential designs, passwords or sensitive personal information.
FormSubmit processes submissions and keeps a submission archive for 30 days. Its verification page may use cookies and CAPTCHA to prevent spam. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy. Messages delivered to our inbox remain there while needed to handle your request.
Privacy requests
For access, correction or deletion requests, contact Newfield or email praneeth.a2027@gmail.com. This also provides a way to request removal if you no longer have your original waitlist management link.
Browser storage
We use session storage to avoid repeating the opening animation in the same browser tab. We do not add advertising trackers or sell waitlist information.
